Sound Art Matters
The Sound Art Matters Conference focused on ‘sound art matters’: on how sound art matters, how sound in art matters, and on the matter of which sound art is made. It brought together researchers and practitioners in order to investigate the state of the art of this field, and potentially to open it up further.
The organisers of the conference trusted us with all aspects of the production of video documentation. Videography and video editing were of course primary tasks, but organisation, communication and coordination were just as central to the creation of the final outcome. All keynotes (5) and all paper presentations (42) were recorded and edited. A mood video was included to capture the atmosphere of the event.
