Tandem – Tools and Methods in Action

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Tandem for Culture on the Tandem Europe programme—an initiative that fosters strategic thinking around organisational renewal, cross-sector collaboration, and cultural innovation across Europe.

The project involved supporting the online documentation of Tandem Europe’s activities by transforming rich, firsthand participant experiences with the Tandem Tools and Methods into clear, engaging, and accessible blog posts. A key part of the challenge was maintaining the personal narratives and emotional depth while ensuring clarity and usability for a broad, diverse audience.

In addition to content design, I redesigned and implemented the layout and graphic design for the Tandem methods toolkit, ensuring consistency with Tandem’s existing branding while enhancing visual accessibility and user experience.

This was a deeply rewarding project, combining storytelling, strategic design, and cultural insight—bringing visibility to the powerful collaborative work happening across Europe.
